Website Terms of Use
Website information
Website content is general corporate information and does not by itself constitute a quotation, contract, guarantee, customs advice, legal advice, insurance commitment or confirmed carriage obligation.

Third party services
Supply chain operations can involve independent carriers, ports, terminals, customs authorities, suppliers, inspection providers and other parties. Their actions, requirements, schedules and charges are subject to their applicable terms and law.
Accuracy
Users must provide accurate and lawful information and must have authority to submit information or documents belonging to another organization or person.
Acceptable use
Users may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content, impersonate others or use the site for unlawful purposes.
Transaction-specific terms prevail
Where an executed contract or transaction document conflicts with these general website terms, the applicable executed document governs that engagement to the extent permitted by law.
